Baby Classes | Birth Preparation
Small groups, calm rooms, and one person from the bump through the first months. In Kings Heath, Birmingham.
Aimee Stephens
I’m a mum of two with a background in early years leadership, and I run small classes for new parents and parents-to-be. If you have a new baby and want somewhere calm and worthwhile to spend your mornings, there’s a class for that. If you’re pregnant and want to understand what’s actually going to happen, so you can think clearly when it matters, there’s a course for that too.
One person from the birth through the early months
Head to The Socials Collection if you are a small business owner looking for support.

Courses and classes in Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Baby Spa, with postnatal wellbeing woven through every session.
Baby Massage runs over five weeks, small groups in Kings Heath, where you learn a full sequence of strokes to use at home, including the ones that actually help with wind and the harder evenings. Baby Yoga follows on as your baby grows, gentle movement, songs, and the kind of giggle that makes the whole morning worth it. Baby Spa is a single, indulgent session, a warm milk and petal bath, sensory spa teatments a bedtime routine, and time to simply be with your baby, for whenever a one-off suits best.
Somewhere you'll both look forward to each week.

Four ways to prepare for an informed birth.
Whichever you choose, the aim is the same: to walk into your birth understanding what's happening, and trusting yourself in it.
Private hypnobirthing. Shaped entirely around you and your partner, at your own pace. At home, or fully live online. The Birth Workshop. An evening with me and pilates instructor Anna, covering prenatal pilates and the practical essentials for birth, in a small group. The Second Birth Brunch. For second or subsequent pregnancies, an a birth prep refresher and a social afterwards, just mums. And Group Hypnobirthing returning in the new year.

“I'd recommend Aimee's classes to any new mum in a heartbeat. It was a real lifeline in those early weeks as a first-time mum"
