Baby Massage + Postnatal Wellbeing
Solihull, Wild Fox Yoga (Box Trees Farm, Hockley Heath), Mondays 10.30am
Kings Heath, Graft Pilates, Wednesdays 11.30am
Babies 6 weeks to around 5 months. Five weeks, £75.
Infant massage is a structured, learned technique based on attuned touch and how a baby’s nervous system works. Over the five weeks you learn the full sequence, step by step, until it’s something you can do confidently at home.
It supports digestion and can ease trapped wind and colic, and it helps many babies settle and sleep more easily. Over time, it also gives the two of you a way of reading each other in these early months, before there are any words for it. For a lot of mums, the unsettled end of the day becomes the part that improves first.
Across the course we work through these wellbeing themes, matched to where you and your baby are in the first months.
- Sleep and settling
- Feeding, comfort and regulation
- Crying and cues
- You, becoming a mum
The last theme is about you. The early weeks ask a great deal of you, and this is where we make room for that. Bring a towel or changing mat and your baby. Oil is provided, and I’ll talk you through it in the first session.

Baby Yoga + Postnatal Wellbeing
Kings Heath, Graft Pilates, Wednesdays 11.15am
Babies from around 10 to 12 weeks, up to 9 months or so. Five weeks, £75.
Gentle movement for the two of you, in the months when you’re both still rebuilding. The yoga is adapted for babies and for a body recovering from birth, so the pace is slow and everything is optional. You can move, feed, rest, or simply watch, and all of it counts as taking part.
The wellbeing side runs throughout every session. There’s time for breathing, visualisation and grounding, and for gentle reconnection with your core and pelvic floor. Sensory check-ins bring you back to your own body not only your baby’s, and there’s space to think clearly about the shift into motherhood and how you’re recovering, in body and mind. It’s calm and within reach whatever your birth was like, and where something needs proper rehabilitation I’ll always point you to the right person for it.
We work through these themes as your baby grows and changes.
- Sleep, as it changes
- Teething and comfort, with a short note on weaning
- Rolling, reaching and moving
- You, a few months in
The last theme turns back to you, a good way into it all now. Wear something comfortable. No equipment needed.

Baby Sanctuary Sessions
A special-occasion morning, run as one-off events through the year. £65 per family.
A slow, sensory experience built around warm bathing, gentle baby treatments and aromatherapy-inspired touch.
The bath can be oat milk, breastmilk or gentle bubbles, with petals and flowers, and the room is set up to feel calm and a treat. Gentle sensory treatments for your baby, including a mini manicure, a soft facial, and water massage, with a keepsake to take home.
- Bathe. Warm baths in oat milk, breastmilk or gentle bubbles, with petals and flowers.
- Massage. Gentle baby massage and slow, comforting movement.
- Settle. Time to feed, cuddle or just sit with your baby.
- Pause. A warm drink and something sweet for you.
Numbers are kept to three babies so the room stays quiet and private. With only three babies in the room, I'm more on hand than I can be in a regular class. We can talk through whatever's on your mind right now, whether that's feeding, settling, sleep, or how you're feeling yourself. If your baby needs a feed or a cuddle, I can hold space for that.
Partners, family or friends are warmly invited to join you, and there's a warm drink and something sweet for the grown-ups too.
It's the kind of calm, slightly indulgent morning you'd use to mark this special time together.
The room and how a class runs
The room is set up before you arrive, warm and ready, with everything laid out for you and your baby. We begin gently and move at the babies’ pace, with time built in for feeding, changing and settling.
The class is designed around how babies actually are at this age. If yours cries, needs a feed, or wants a cuddle partway through, none of it disrupts anything, because it’s all planned for. You won’t be the only one, and no one will mind. If you arrive having had a hard morning and need a minute, there’s always a pair of hands so you can have a drink and settle in.
Groups are kept small so you see the same faces each week. After a few sessions it stops feeling like a class you attend and becomes part of the week you’d miss.

Kind Words
“Aimee’s baby massage class was the very first class I tried, and it was a big step for me. Just my baby and me, leaving the house alone for the first time. It gave me so much more than I expected: confidence, a chance to connect with my baby, and a room where everyone understood. Whether I was having a hard day or celebrating a milestone, the support was always there.”
“I started when my baby was six weeks old. We did Baby Massage and then Baby Yoga. It was his first time at a class and he was so little, but Aimee created a safe, warm space with no judgement, even when he cried and needed a feed. I made friends for life there, and we still meet up every week, doing motherhood together.”
“I take my four-month-old, Ruby, every week. Aimee gives us lovely massage techniques and activities and creates a loving, inclusive space. She’s so thoughtful, from goody bags to keepsakes that capture these early memories. The community she’s built means it’s the highlight of our week.”
“Aimee is a wonderful teacher, kind and gentle. The activities are carefully and thoughtfully planned, and the techniques help me feel close to my baby while building a toolkit for the future. I’ve really valued meeting others navigating the early days too.”
